To support this model, we offer simple, cost-efficient shipping options.

Free Shipping 

  • Shipped via USPS First Class Mail (untracked)

  • Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days

  • This option keeps your total cost significantly lower than typical beauty products.

Please note:  We do not control USPS delivery times and cannot guarantee delivery. Orders shipped via this method are not eligible for claims related to loss or non-delivery.

Shipping with Tracking

  • Shipped via UPS Ground (tracked)

  • Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days

This option provides:

  • Tracking visibility

  • Eligibility for replacement in the event of lost or undelivered packages

  • Ability to request return, replacement, or refund for unsatisfactory products

Returns, Replacements, Refunds

We aim to keep our products affordable while maintaining quality. Because of our low pricing model, all return, replacement, and refund requests are handled under the conditions below.

2. Shipping Method & Coverage

Free Shipping (Untracked – USPS First Class)

  • This option does not include tracking

  • While most orders arrive without issue, delivery cannot be guaranteed'

  • Because of this, refunds or replacements for non-delivery are not typically available. However, we’re happy to review any concerns on a case-by-case basis.

Tracked Shipping (UPS Ground)

  • Includes full tracking and delivery confirmation

  • If your package is lost or does not arrive, you are eligible for a replacement or refund.

  • Requests should be submitted within [7–14 days] of the expected delivery date.

3. Returns

  • Returns require prior approval and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

  • Items should be returned in their original condition

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:
